Once you deliver and set the house you will fill out a Tracker that is linked directly to our software. This tracker has all the vital information that we need to get started. Once we receive the tracker we will send the homeowner a welcome email and call them to let them know who we are and the next step in the process.
Next, we schedule the trimout and order any necessary parts from the factory to fix any issues that have come up with the home. If there are any billbacks that need to be taken care of then we will do that as well. Once the trimout process is complete, we schedule a walkthrough with the homeowner and get a signoff from them saying that everything is good.
Anything that happens during the first year while the home is under factory warranty we will take care of as well. All repairs, including emergencies will be handled directly through us and the factory.
