Dynamic Service Technicians

Dynamic Home Repair is engaged in warranty services all across the nation. We partner with manufactured retail lots to complete first year warranty service work such as trim outs, skirting, HVAC, home deliveries, and also service our warranties and much more.

We maintain over 300 contractors nationwide and are always looking for more motivated individuals and companies with experience in areas relating to construction services for the manufactured home industry.

Contractors are representations of our company values and will make sure the jobs are done correctly. Customer satisfaction is key to our success, making sure we address home owner needs that arise during their warranty coverage.

Handy Man / General Contractors

License not always required or possible. Insurance a must. Companies or independent contractors welcome. Duties include delivery trim outs, siding, Hardie board, setting doors, setting toilets, sheetrock repair, paint, cabinet adjustments, vinyl skirting, and much more.

Electrical

Licensed and Insured companies or independent contractors. Duties include trouble shooting electrical problems that arises during the ownership of the home: Plug Replacements, Bad Breakers, Electrical elements left out during construction, are just a few examples of the electrical work we typically run into.

Plumbing

Licensed and Insured companies or independent contractors. Duties include leak detection and leak repairs, hot water tank replacement and repair, setting toilets, plumbing elements left out during construction are just a few examples of the plumbing work we typically experience.

HVAC

Licensed and Insured companies or independent contractors. Duties include unit installs, final connections, diagnosing and repair or replace failed units.

Appliances

License not always required unless required. Insured companies or independent contractors. Diagnose, repair, or replace appliances covered under policy.
