When Henly Homes started in 2000, we wanted to separate ourselves and do something different than other dealers. First, we decided to aggressively price our homes below our competitors, then we started our own construction company which allows us to install our house pads, hookup utilities, land clearing, driveways and anything else associated with completing the setup of our homes. This helps get our customers in their homes much faster than our competitors by not being at the mercy of sub-contractors. We also are one of the very few dealers that take care of our own service and warranty on the homes we sell. Once again, our competitors use sub-contractors. Most importantly, with the purchase of any of our new homes, we will include a LIFETIME WARRANTY at no cost to the customer! Lastly, we are very blessed to be surrounded by a dedicated staff to make your home buying experience stress free!
